Book appliance repair service
Tell us what has failed, where the equipment is located and how to contact you. No online payment is required.
What happens after a booking request
We use your name, email address, telephone number, suburb and problem description to respond to your enquiry. Submitting a form does not automatically reserve an appointment or authorise chargeable work. We will discuss availability, access needs and the next step when contacting you.
If your request involves a commercial cold room or HVAC system, note any fault code, equipment model, site access requirements and current downtime. For household equipment, describe when the problem appears and any recent changes to power or water supply.
If email delivery is unavailable, the booking form will show an alternative contact option rather than silently treating an unsuccessful submission as confirmed. You can always contact us by WhatsApp or phone. Read our privacy notice before submitting personal details.
Problems that should not wait for routine troubleshooting
Stop operating an appliance that smells of burning, has exposed live conductors, leaks water near electrical parts, or appears to have unsafe gas combustion. Move to a safe location if you suspect leaking gas. Contact the relevant emergency service where necessary and arrange qualified assessment before restarting the appliance.
For food-storage equipment, protect temperature-sensitive stock in line with your applicable food-safety procedures while repair arrangements are made. A website enquiry cannot certify product temperatures or guarantee emergency response times.
