Our booking form asks for your name, telephone number, email address, location, type of service and description of the problem. We use these details to process and respond to your repair enquiry, discuss possible appointments and communicate with you about the request.
Email and messaging
Website submissions may be sent to the nominated booking administrator and an acknowledgement may be emailed to the address you provide. Email services and their providers handle those messages. Delivery is not guaranteed until receipt has been verified. If you choose the separate WhatsApp option, your message is handled through WhatsApp and is subject to that service's privacy practices.
Website use and third parties
This website does not require a visitor account or online payment to submit a repair enquiry. Our hosting provider processes technical access logs as part of operating the website. Do not include passwords, financial account information, identity numbers or other unnecessary sensitive details in the problem-description field.
